There is more to a journey than its destination. That is a lesson that I learnt early in life as I took a fascination for India’s culture, heritage and tradition that have timelessly survived over centuries. As I sought out new experiences, meeting people and travelling turned into a passion.
It helped that my job as a media professional took me around the country, in the last few years, to work with state tourism boards. I discovered a whole world of endless possibilities in food, art, crafts, weaves and village life preserved for as long as people can remember.
I feel my life is an ode to a journey that will not finish in one lifetime.
